Connecting with Your Spirit
Mind. Body. Soul: Healing Coaching
When I first meet with you and connect with your energy, we will chat about physical and emotional symptoms that you are experiencing. As we discuss your journey up to that moment, I am given intuitive information about your physical and emotional health. Headaches, pain, anxiety ect. from spirit. My abilities to assist you on your healing journey are not just limited to Reiki Healing. We have an in- depth conversation with spirit and chat about all the ways you can be guided to heal.
Clearing Your Chakras
After accessing your physical and emotional ailments, you will have your reiki healing session on the massage table. I will work all 7 of your chakras and open and release any and all emotion from these beautiful energy centers. We finish with a sage blessing to help you feel relaxed and at peace.
Healing Coaching: Journey Tools
Once your Healing Session with Reiki is complete we will chat about any messages that came through from spirit- for ways that you will continue on your Healing Journey! This is an opening or a stepping stone where we will walk together to guide you back to your spirit and your true sense of self! I help you but you are going to do the "heavy lifting." The guidance you will be given, will be up to you to follow... self discipline will be your best friend. You will get exactly what you put in to yourself, in this part of your journey!
Grief
Helping you heal and allowing you to find hope, again.
Something I never expected to help people heal from is grief. I learned very quickly that this was going to be something I was going to help people face and fully heal from. I am so blessed that God has entrusted me with helping his children, face their greatest pain, and given me the "tools" to help his children heal. The pain from grief is so great- it deserves an entire section on my page.
In my experience, grief is the hardest lesson to heal from on earth as a human. When you have someone you love so dearly, and then one day they are just gone... no longer exist in the way you knew them.... The despair and the lowest level of darkness... feels like it can swallow you up... I know... I have been there. The rest of the world moves on, and you are just here..... When you are not sure what you believe of the spiritual realm and if your crown chakra isn't open- it can make your grief so much harder.
How does Rieki help? What I have seen is when I can work on a client, as close as possible to the loved ones passing, the process of healing through the grief becomes a "transition." Instead of the feeling "being stuck, sad and just broken." You start to "feel" and connect with their energy again, so they can "energetically" communicate with you and your subconscious. They can then "tell" you- not only did they survive, but they are more Alive then ever! I have witnessed as a healer, on multiple occasions the soul of the deceased "lay on top of" the loved one on my table as I work on them. The souls "meld" together..... After the session, the client feels so more deeply connected to their loved one and more at peace "knowing" their loved one is still with them and always, always will be.
Having a session, where I channel the love one and have a conversation further to confirm their safe arrival on the "other side" can further assists you in your healing journey.
My View on Reiki
Perception is everything...
I believe we each understand things from our personal level of perception and experiences. I like to start my reiki sessions with new clients, explaining how I understand reiki. Simply put, reiki is mothers natures way of healing you, loving you and helping you live your best life!
Stigma... Reiki is on its way to becoming more accepted in main stream society. We are not quite where I wish we were but we are getting there. Until you have an experience with something “new “ how could we truly understand it? I don’t think we can...I ask my clients to just be open and willing to having a positive experience!
Reiki is energy medicine... It works well in addition to any type of traditional medical treatment you are receiving. Reiki will never hurt or harm you. Reiki will release all negative feelings or experiences that are no longer serving you. This will help you raise your energy vibration and help you feel " lighter" and more balanced!
Seeing Double... I have come to understand that we are "two" beings in "one". We are a Soul having a Human experience. While we are here living and learning in this life we tend to get "stuck" in a particular life experience. As we hold onto this pain of the experience, our souls detach from our human self as a way of protecting the soul. When reiki is introduced to the human body, it evaluates the souls energy in the body and if its detached in anyway. If it is, a realignment happens. Bringing the body and the soul back to wholeness. This is why people report feeling relaxed, balanced and at peace after a session.
